Who we are
The EnowAgbor Foundation was founded in response to the growing social and economic inequalities affecting young people, women and girls in Cameroon. The foundation works to promote human dignity, equality and environmental sustainability.
We are guided by the belief that change begins with paying attention to those whom society often overlooks.
Our Vision
An inclusive society that is sustainable and enhances the socio-economic well-being of vulnerable people, especially young people, women and girls.
Our Mission
The EnowAgbor Foundation is committed to reducing poverty and fostering a just and equitable Cameroonian society. To this end, the Foundation aims to improve access to education, healthcare, socio-economic empowerment and social services, while addressing local environmental hazards.

Core Principles
-
Accountability: We are transparent about how we use our resources and measure our impact.
-
Social justice: Everyone deserves equal access to education, healthcare and opportunities.
-
Sustainability: We create programmes that are long-lasting and can be replicated.
-
Equality: We advocate fairness, inclusion and opportunity for all.
-
Collaboration: We collaborate with the government, civil society and communities to achieve greater impact.
